研究简介:
聚焦于多铁性材料生长、低功耗磁电调控及器件构筑等领域,致力于通过高质量材料的可控制备、物理机制的深入探索以及原型器件的开发,为推动高速度、高密度以及低功耗自旋存储、逻辑器件的发展提供技术支持。例如:利用应变介导的磁电耦合效应,在FeTb/Pt/Co等多铁异质结构中实现了电场对垂直亚铁磁序的可逆调控;以SrRuO₃、SrIrO₃等复杂氧化物作为自旋流源,在FeGd体系中实现了室温下自旋轨道矩驱动的高效垂直磁化翻转;构建手性耦合的Co/Ru/FeTb合成反铁磁结构,基于自旋轨道矩实现了线性与非线性忆阻切换,模拟生物突触和神经元功能,并将其应用于手写数字识别神经网络等。
